Pembelian Mesin Meat Mincer

Pada 11 November 2012, saya telah mengeluarkan modal untuk membeli mesin hancur daging " Meat Mincer " untuk membuat burger arnab. Sekarang tengah merancang untuk pembuatan burger arnab. Saya juga tgh mencari plastik yang sesuai dan juga labelling striker yang sesuai.

Planning for future

Long time i not update this Blog. Today i want to share my latest activities for this month,2012.

1) Receive the lab test for rabbit meat nutrition content. Please refer picture below.

2) Finish attend " Practical make Meat & Chicken Burger " with MARDI.

Supply Rabbit Meat

We are known as ZA Rabbit Farm is the one of active rabbit meat breeder in Malaysia. Our rabbits collection is a New Zealand White, Chinchilla and Flemish Giant. We had a 90 No's of DOE and 20 No’s of BUCK. Our capacity is 300 No’s of carcass per month. This is our products :
